The last assault on Penn
Valley Park was a "planning meeting" that was held by the Parks,
Recreation and Boulevards Board. Those invited included Kevin
Collison the Development writer from the K.C.Star and the person who
was the presenter of the DST Housing Plan. Not much planning other
than talk about a skate board park.
This is the third time that those
who have taken an oath of preserve our parks, to guard the public
trust, and to manage the public venues across the City, have
entertained ideas or solicited presentations from developers or
corporations.
Are they trying to sell, lease,

are they betraying the public trust?
